THE TEAM 

Developer: Tal Abraham with Safe Investments US began as a software engineer in the tech industry with a strong passion to build and create things from scratch. More recently, in the past 10 years he founded his real estate investment company to expand on that passion on a tangible scale. He’s completed dozens of projects for himself and other investors from rental turn key through small and big flips throughout Pittsburgh and its surrounding neighborhoods. Now working in residential new construction projects, he hopes to renew neighborhoods with luxury products.

Architect: Pefido, Weiskopf, Wagstaff + Goettel recognizes that buildings are active contributors to the past, present and future, and they aim to find creative solutions despite any complex architectural challenges. They thoughtfully practice sustainable design with the focus of architecture being a social art that participates with and serves their clients and communities in the present. Their want their buildings to be positive contributors to the natural and built environment for the future by enhancing connections between the people and places in which we live, work and play.

Marketing: New City is a team of urban real estate sales and marketing professionals established and led by Kathy Wallace, Laura Kingsbury and Jordann Friedman. As the city’s leading experts and advocates of the residential condo market in Pittsburgh for nearly two decades, New City has a keen understanding of what makes for a successful development project, a passion for sustainable urban living, and a commitment to building trusted relationships.

Construction: Superior Frame was founded with the aim of working in the steel sector.  While specializing in fabrication, design and build, they take commercial or residential structures from concept to reality with a one-stop-shop. Having the most advanced technologies in the industry, they produce electrostatic, galvanized building steel using a state of the art robotic assembly line. Structure details are prepared with Strucad-Archicad software and SAP2000 for structural analysis and design, performed by highly trained personnel. All products are produced with weldless technology and are ready for assembly with a simple nut and bolt joint system. They use fiber cement technology that is both A1 class incombustible as well as water resistant.
